New enemy: suicide rebel

The Suicide Rebel runs towards your units and kills himself in a huge explosion. Killing him before the explosion rewards the player with +100$ but being too close to him is quite dangerous. The explosion can easily destroy your vehicles. Their corpse can explode if hitted by a tank or other explosions. [mechanics can remove the explosions from the dead Suicide Rebel bodies, but the Mechanic unit isn't ready yet]
